Welcome Vendors!

The Robin Hood Festival offers Vendors access to a diverse group of interested shoppers throughout the festival’s opening hours of 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. With both indoor and outdoor venues, you can choose how much set up you want or need to present your wares to customers.

Vendors will be featured in advance on the Festival website, and will receive two 50% discount vouchers for food at the festival site (alcohol not discounted).

Terms and Conditions for Vendors

Preference will be given to Vendors offering products and services related to the theme of the Festival, but all are welcome to apply.

Note: At this time, we are no longer accepting applications for food or beverage vendors.

Vendors can occupy a 10’ x 10’ area in the outdoor spaces of Nottingham Square, or Robin’s Hideaway or the indoor Maid Marian’s Market in the Nottingham Town Hall. NOTE: Indoor Spaces have all been claimed.)

Limited access to electricity is available on a first come, first served reservation basis. NOTE: Spaces with electricity have all been claimed.)

The cost of a space at the Robin Hood Festival is $50 for 2026, or $80 for a two year commitment (2026 and 2027).
